We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS
   We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
   
   Due to the nature of baby products, items that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for return.

   Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
